Who processes it for us

  • Kit (kit.com) sends our emails and holds the waitlist. Kit is based in the US; it covers transfers with the Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
  • Tally (tally.so) runs the beta application form and stores answers in the EU.
  • Cloudflare hosts this website and provides privacy-friendly visit statistics that don't use cookies or track you across sites.

Cookies

This website doesn't set cookies for tracking or advertising, so there is no cookie banner. The beta application form is embedded from Tally, which may use storage that the form needs to work.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link). Email hello@getleyline.com and we'll reply within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
