IN DEVELOPMENT

Stop downloading ten packs to get one chair.

See every pack you own in one place without the disk space, send just the chair into your project, and round-trip it through Blender.

The round trip: a mesh goes from Unreal to Blender and back into the same place in the project.

You own a huge library. Using it is the hard part.

  1. You remember the chair, but not which of your hundreds of packs it came from.
  2. So you download pack after pack to look, and your project fills with gigabytes you didn't need.
  3. Then you fix it in Blender, re-import it, and set up its LODs, collision and materials all over again.

Your whole library in one place. None of the disk space.

Leyline shows every asset in every pack you own, from Fab, the Unity Asset Store and your own folders. It keeps thumbnails and details instead of copies of the files, so a 400 GB library takes about 20 GB.

Build a Kit, send just that

Pick a chair from one pack, a table from another and a lamp from a third. Leyline sends only those into your project, with their dependencies, and refuses duplicates you already have.

One library across your tools

Unreal, Unity and Blender see the same library, so a pack you bought for one project isn't lost to the next.

Unreal to Blender and back, without the re-import.

Edit a mesh in Blender and send it back to the same place in your project. Nothing to re-wire.

UnrealBlender
  1. Send it out

Choose an asset in your Unreal project and send it to Blender.

  2. Edit in Blender

Change the shape, the UVs or the scale, where you already do that work.

  3. Send it back in place

It returns to the same asset, so everything that uses it picks up the change.

  • LODs
  • Collision
  • Materials
  • Same place in your project

It runs on your machine and only reads your files.

Leyline is a desktop app. Your library stays on your drives, and the index stays with it.

  • No AI inside. Leyline doesn't generate, alter or train on anything.
  • No calls to Epic or Unity. It works from the files you've already downloaded.
  • Nothing uploaded. Your assets and your index never leave your computer.

Free connectors for the tools you use.

Each connector is free and talks to the Leyline app on your computer. They arrive with the beta.

One plan, with everything in it.

This is what Leyline will cost once it launches. The beta is free and needs no card.

£30 a month

or £250 a year, £110 less than paying monthly

First month free

A card is needed to start the free month. Prices include VAT.

The subscription pays for keeping Leyline and its connectors working as Unreal, Unity, Blender and the stores keep changing.

Our billing promises

  • You see the price and when it renews before you enter a card.
  • We email you before your free month ends, with the date and the amount.
  • You can cancel online from your account in a couple of clicks. No emails or calls.
  • Changed your mind? You have 14 days after a payment to cancel and get back the time you haven't used.
  • Every six months we remind you what you're paying.

The beta is for people on the waitlist.

We'll invite people in small groups once the build is ready. Beta members who subscribe at launch keep that price for life. There's no date yet; the waitlist hears first.

How the beta works

Questions

Is Leyline out yet?

Not yet. It's being finished now. The order is waitlist, then a beta for waitlist members, then public launch. We won't announce a date until we're sure of it.

Does it copy or move my asset packs?

No. Leyline indexes your packs as thumbnails and metadata and leaves the files where they are. Only the assets you choose are sent into a project.

Does it use AI?

No. There's no AI in Leyline. It indexes, searches and moves the assets you already own.

Does it connect to my Epic or Unity account?

No. It makes no network calls to Epic or Unity. It reads the files on your own machine.

Is Leyline made by Epic, Unity or Blender?

No. Leyline is independent software made in the UK. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games, Unity Technologies or the Blender Foundation.

Why a subscription?

Engines, Blender and the asset stores change every few months, and the connectors have to keep up. The subscription pays for that work. You can cancel online at any time.

Can my team share a library?

Not at launch. Sharing assets and Kits with teammates is planned for after launch, with team pricing when it arrives.

What will you email me?

Progress updates with clips from the build, about two a month, and your beta invite if you're picked. Nothing else, and you can unsubscribe from any email.
